Warranty

Earflo offers a 1-year limited warranty on our products. If your Earflo product appears to be defective or malfunctioning, please reach out to our team at help@earflocare.com. If a defect is confirmed, Earflo will provide a replacement product. No refunds will be issued. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
For this warranty to be valid, you must purchase the Earflo product from an authorized retailer and provide a valid proof of purchase. If you purchased the Earflo product from an unauthorized retailer (or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered), this warranty will be void and your product will not be eligible for a warranty replacement.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by (a) failure to follow Earflo’s instructions or warnings when using or storing the product; (b) misuse or accident, or otherwise, including in cases of third-party actions and force majeure; or (c) normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, accident, self-repair, third party repair, or alterations.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. For valid warranty claims, we may require the product to be returned before providing replacement.
In no event shall Earflo be liable for incidental or consequential damages. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is the sole remedy with respect to product defects. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
